Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can purchase additional credit packs or upgrade to a higher plan. Your workflows will pause until more credits are available.

Do unused credits expire?

Credits roll over to the next month, up to 2x your monthly limit. After that, the oldest credits expire.

Is self-hosting available for all plans?

Self-hosting is only available for Enterprise customers. Contact us to learn more about on-premise deployment options.
